Hello. My name is Michael Fralick.
I have been teaching English in Japan for the past 5 years,
during that time, I had worked at one of the large English
schools in Tajimi and then moved to Kani and taught a
wide range of classes including kindergarten, Jr.High and
some college/business classes.

Over the years, I did discover that a lot of students in all age
ranges had a good understanding of grammar and reasonable
vocabulary which impressed me. I realized that many people
could understand English, but when it comes to communication
and expressing themselves, they seemed to have great difficulty.

The world is getting smaller and use for English is growing.
In the future, I feel that communication in English will be
in greater demand and importance.

In my school, I always try to offer interesting and personalized
classes to help students of all levels to achieve their goals.
I feel that it's never too early or late to begin to enjoy English
and open doors to the world.

こんにちは。私の名前はフレィリック・マイケルです。
私は５年前に来日し、日本で英語の教師をしてきました。
多治見にある大手英会話教室に勤務し、その後可児市へ移り
幼稚園、中学校、大学や企業様など、幅広く英語を教えてきました。

どの年代の生徒さんも、ほとんどが文法や単語をよく理解できており、
大変、感心させられました。しかし、英語を理解することができていても、
コミュニケーションをしたり自分を表現するということに関しては、とても
苦手なのかなという印象を受けました。

世界はだんだん小さくなり、英語の使用がどんどん成長しています。
将来、英語でのコミュニケーションは必須で、非常に大切なことになると 感じています。
